Case Study: SGV 2026 & Duarte Build
Building on the momentum of our previous builds, the 2026 K12 Foothill Consortium Summer Pre-Apprenticeship Program brought hands-on design and fabrication to life at the Duarte High School woodshop. Supported by the Harbor Freight Tools for Schools Summer Intern Program, this year’s cohort transitioned from theory to material execution. Students mastered practical problem-solving, structural fabrication, and spatial design, gaining the essential skills and professional experience needed to drive the future of the skilled trades.
