This year, the Harbor Freight Tools for Schools Summer Intern Program, sponsored by the Foundation, focused on an exciting project: designing and building an exhibit for the High-Speed Rail's National Train Day Experience at Union Station in September 2025. Our mission is to equip individuals with essential skills and knowledge for high-demand careers in skilled trades, featuring hands-on training, mentorship opportunities, and industry partnerships. High Speed Rail Sparks Summer Creativity

In a remarkable collaboration, nine ambitious students teamed up to co-design and build an immersive multimedia exhibit for the California High Speed Rail's National Train Day Exhibit, set to debut on September 20-22 Guided by the visionaries at Dionysus Creative, LLC, these students not only learned the intricacies of project management but also honed their creative skills in a real-world setting. This hands-on experience offers invaluable insights into the creative trades, setting them on a powerful pathway to career development. By bridging education with industry expertise, this initiative promises to enhance workforce training and expand opportunities within the education ecosystem.
